The Expansion Of the Atlantic Coast Confereance
Back in 2012 "according to the acc.com" the ACC expanded from a twelve team league to a fifteen team league and our longtime rival Maryland left the ACC for the Big Ten in 2014. The following year Louisville took there spot in the league.
As of today the league consists of Duke, Carolina , NC State , Wake Forest , Boston College , Virginia , Virginia Tech ,Louisville , Miami , GA Tech , Notre Dame , Syracuse , Clemson , Florida State and Pittsburgh. What do you think of how the ACC has expanded ? Are there to many teams ? I believe we are better then any other conference in the country because of how many teams are in the league and what competition is like! Night in and night out in our conference it's always a battle games always go down to the wire which makes for an exciting game right?
Each team has home and home with one team every year on their schedule and some teams we only play once during the regular season at home or on the road but there is always a chance we meet again in the conference tournament and you better be ready to take that teams best shot.
