The Emergence Of Duke Sophomore Guard Luke Kennard

A lot of  fans were probably surprised that Mike Krzyzwski started Luke Kennard Friday night against Virginia State in exhibition play. Were you ? Were you not? What did Luke Kennard do in his first game of the  year? Offensively nothing to disappoint the hall of fame coach who has been the head coach at Duke for thirty six years.

Was Luke Kennard's  performance against Virginia State enough to impress his hall of fame coach to give his sophomore guard another start in Duke's final exhibition game against Augustana Friday November 4th or starting him in a regular season game? These  questions  are yet to be answered but will be answered soon enough.
