24th ranked NC State lost to unranked Louisville 25-10 Saturday in Louisville Kentucky.
In the 2nd quarter James Turner kicked 26 yard field goal giving Louisville a 3-0 lead before NC State responded kicking field goal of their own as Christopher Dunn kicked 30 yard field goal to tie up the game 3-3 before Louisville scored a touchdown as Jawhar Jordan returned a kickoff 98 yards, James Turner kicked the extra point to put up 10-3 before James Turner kicked 22 yard field goal as time expired before halftime to put Louisville up 14-3. In the 3rd quarter Michael Allen caught 34 yard pass from Ben Finley, Christopher Dunn kicked extra point to make it 14-10 Louisville . From there though, it was all Louisville in the 4th quarter offensively as James Turner kicked 34 yard field goal to extend Louisville’s lead 17-10 before Jawhar Jordan caught 2 yard run , two point conversion failed extending their lead 22-10 before James Turner kicked 28 yard field goal.
NC State is now to prepare to finish regular season on the road at Tobacco Road rival North Carolina on Friday the day following Thanksgiving.
