Tonight he is opposing Lafayette as Duke’s head coach in his final season as the Head Coach Of The Duke Men’s Basketball Program before Jon Scheyer who currently is the Associate Head Coach to Mike Krzyzewski becomes the Head Coach in April 2023 because Mike Krzyzewski is retiring after the 2021-2022 season!

Sophomore Mark Williams chipped in 13 points – including four dunks – but his biggest contribution came on the defensive end, where he recorded a career-high six blocks.


Duke's offensive explosion was fueled in large part by unselfish play, as the Blue Devils' 24 assists – led by a game-high six from sophomore Jeremy Roach – were their most since Feb. 22, 2020 against Syracuse.

Lance Terry netted 15 points on 6-of-12 shooting to pace the Runnin' Bulldogs (0-3).

Jeremy Roach added 10 points to go along with his six helpers. Freshman Paolo Banchero totaled the same amount of points, with a game-high eight rebounds and two assists in 26 minutes. Joey Baker posted his second consecutive stat line in double figures, finishing with 12 points on 4-of-7 from the floor and 3-of-4 from the free throw line.

Lafayette forced Penn into an early timeout in the second half, after scoring five-straight thanks to Quinn and senior Tyrone Perry. Sophomore Kyle Jenkins was productive, as well, reaching double figures for the third-consecutive game of the young season with 12.

Penn featured an even scoring attack with three Quakers in double figures led by Jonah Charles' 18, highlighted by four 3-pointers.
