Who Will Win The ACC Regular Season Outright In 2017?

It's never to early start talking about who is going to win the ACC is it? A year North Carolina had the best record finishing 14-4 followed by Virginia 13-5 , Miami 13-5 , Louisville 12-6 , Notre Dame 11-7, Duke 11-7 , Virginia Tech 10-8 , Clemson 10-8 followed by Pittsburgh 9-9 , Georgia Tech 8-10 followed by NC State with a record of 5-13 , Wake Forest 2-16 and there is no surprise that Boston College was at the bottom again last year at 0-18. 

Who will win the ACC this year ? Will it be North Carolina who finished with the best record in the league a year ago ? Will it be rival Duke eight miles down tobacco road? Will it be Virginia ?
