Because Tim Locastro played for New York he played two full seasons in Arizona in 2019-2020 and part of the season in 2021 with Arizona before coming to New York.

During his second season in Arizona in 2020 Tim Locastro played in 33 games had 69 at bats , contributed 15 runs, 20 hits , 2 home runs , 7 runs batted in.

In 2021 Tim Locastro started the season in Arizona where he would play in 55 games, have 118 at bats , contribute 11 runs , 21 hits, 1 home run, 5 runs batted in but his time in Arizona wouldn’t last long!

Why?

Because New York would acquire Tim Locastro from Arizona in exchange for Double -A pitcher Keegan Curtis.
