Duke was blown out by Louisville on Thursday night in Durham!

Louisville used a high-powered offense to defeat Duke, 62-22.
Louisville found the end zone on nine of their 10 drives throughout the game. Duke compiled 458 yards of total offense but went just 4-of-13 on third down conversions to halt drives.
A Charlie Ham 22-yard field goal cut a Cardinals' early 7-0 lead down to 7-3 with a little less than six minutes remaining in the opening quarter. Unfortunately, the visitors responded with four touchdowns over four of their next five drives to take a 35-9 lead into the break. Ham added another two field goals for the Blue Devils during that stretch, a 28- and 26-yarder, to tie his career high in field goals made during a game.
Louisville added another touchdown midway through the third quarter to create a 42-9 gap between the teams. Duke tried to spark a rally when Jalon Calhounran it in from six yards out, but another score by the Cardinals ultimately put the game out of reach.
Jalon Calhoun's run was his second carry of the season and his first career rushing score. He added seven catches for 55 yards.
Though, Duke was blown out by Louisville 62-22 freshman quarterback Riley Leonard was a bright spot for them.

Riley Leonard was immaculate 13-of-13 passing for 99 yards. He also chipped in with seven carries for 70 yards and his second career rushing score.

Duke now going to prepare to closeout their season verses Miami on Saturday November 27, 2021 when they host them in Durham.
